issues.
Things to consider: (before calling for service)
1. the computer has to be able to boot up
to Windows or MAC OS.
2. you must be able to access the internet for this option to work.
3. you will need to be able to download remote software.
4. you will be expected to follow basic instructions.
5. if there is a password, you must be able to log into your user
account
** if you do not fit all five
requirements, then bringing the system in is the only option left **
We can help you with:
- software and operating system issues
- installing new printers and devices
- checking your system for functional issues
- setting up email and other accounts, using Outlook, and other mail
clients
- account password issues
Things you may need to provide us with:
- passwords for accounts and software you are having issues with
- a stable internet connection at your location
- the user that has issues with using the system (to tell us from
their perspective what their issues are)
Basic Rate: Home users $65/hour billed at the quarter hour
Business clients, networking $85/hour billed on the quarter hour
