  Delaware PC Services, LLC. offers the option of 'Remote Repair', we can access your PC or Laptop over the internet and Evaluate, Repair, and/or offer upgrade options. This process is completely transparent and you are able to see what we are accessing and how we repair it. Remote Repair looks as if one of our Professional Technicians is sitting right there at your PC or Laptop.

We can:
- repair operating system issues
- setup backup and/or recovery for data
- install or trouble shoot programs
- look at functional issue with Hardware and/or software
- download and install drivers for Hardware
- fix issues with printers
- setup wireless routers and encryption
- network and share files between computers

Requirements:
- you must have high speed internet and the ability to download remote client. (if you can not access the internet or do not have high speed access, we require you to bring in your system to the store for FREE Evaluation)
- you must have a valid Credit Card, the first hour will be billed up front.
- there is a minimum charge of $65 non refundable fee, after the first hour you will be billed on the quarter hour.

Note: complete Virus and Spyware removal on average takes about a full day to remove the infection and to repair damage that the infection caused. In the event of infection we recommend bring the system to us to save you money and allow us to completely repair your PC.

Note: Because networking issues are usually unique based on your current network setup, it my be advisable to have one of our Professional Engineers come to your business to evaluate and repair your problem(s) with your servers, workstations, and/or networking devices.
